Address And Tracking

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and responding to carrier requests. Tracking information may be provided when available.

Damage, Delay Or Non-Delivery

Contact support promptly if a parcel arrives damaged, appears materially delayed or is marked delivered but cannot be located. Keep packaging and relevant photographs where a damage claim may be required.

International Delivery

Where international delivery is offered, duties, import taxes or handling charges may apply depending on destination and will be disclosed where reasonably possible.
