Requesting A Return
Contact support with your order details and reason for return before sending an item. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, products should be returned within the period communicated at purchase, unused beyond reasonable inspection, complete and in suitable packaging.
Exceptions
Return rights may be limited for personalized goods, sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed, perishable goods or items damaged through misuse, where permitted by law. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed products remain unaffected.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally sent to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply. Original or return shipping costs are handled according to the reason for return and applicable law.
